Mark and Marina are absolutely the sweetest couple. We started their engagement session at Fort Negley in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. It was my very first time there! I was so used to seeing Nashville up-close and personal in the most touristy spots so seeing Nashville from their perspective, a true locals perspective, was not only a switch up but also very nice!
But in addition to the beautiful scenery Fort Negley left us with, this very same spot was so special to Mark and Marina because this just so happened to be where Mark got down on one knee. So special!
Mark and Marina really made my job easy. I think I say that often about my sweet couples. But truly, Mark and Marina were incredibly natural with each other. Honestly, I felt as if I was just clicking away as they were being so sweet with each other!!! Our time spent at Fort Negley was full of giggles, big bear hugs, and yet the stillness of the two of them showing their love for each other. Lets not forget about the beautiful Nashville skyline behind us in the distance. It was perfect!
After our time at Fort Negley, Mark and Marina really wanted to capture the Nashville skyline at night. Have you been to Nashville? It’s the most beautiful city but at night, gosh. There is something so magical about it!
Mark and Marina were dressed to impress. Mark dressed in a nice, fitted suit and Marina in a beautiful, one sleeve white gown. And Marina’s heels!! I loved the clear heel with the endearing bows on top. Mark and Marina looked stunning! You couldn’t even tell it was 30 degrees outside!!!
So imagine, the beauty of the Nashville skyline- full of color and glistening lights, the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge sits closely by, country music blaring from Broadway because we were literally right across the street from it, and Mark and Marina- slow dancing in the midst of it all. All the heart eyes! Right?
They popped the confetti and that was the end to our night! It was incredible.
